Remnants of the extra long table cloth

So, with the remaining fabric which I cut off, I made a pillow and put it on the front porch. I think it turned out very nicely, but the hose there looks pretty tacky.....hum.

Remake of a tablecloth

OK, a tablecloth is a tablecloth, except when the one you have is too long for use most of the time. So I finally took this toille rectangular cloth I have had for a long while and cut it off and added the edging. I was so excited to set the table to see how it looked. What do you think?

lemon mousse cheesecake

Look at this amazing cheesecake. It only uses 12 oz. of cream cheese, but is enriched with over a cup of heavy cream and the bright yellow spots are lemon curd. Ever made lemon curd? It's delicious and easy. It's nice for a topping on crumpets or english muffins and tea...if you drink tea.

Valentine Blackberry Pate Sucre Tart

I made a lovely Pate Sucre Tart (lots of butter) and used 2 cans of blackberries enriched with cornstarch, a little sugar and lemon juice. It was a very nice Valentine treat.

Autumn Apron

I've wanted an autumn apron for some time now. I usually give everything away that I made, but this time, I made one to keep. I'll keep it handy...autumn really is just around the corner, isn't it? Well, at least sometime after Easter and The Fourth of July....
